Margot was born and raised on Southern Vancouver Island. She has made her home on the Saanich Peninsula for the past 12 years and is very passionate about the area.  She lives in Central Saanich with her husband Mike, their two children, Beth and Allie, and their "personal trainer", Caesar.

Margot has worn many hats over the years including office manager for a yacht charter company, mother, wife, chief dog walker for the family dog, and owning a small restaurant with her brother which they operated for 11 years.  Integrity, honesty and listening to her client’s needs are very important to her. She brings with her 25 years of customer service experience and 20 years of bookkeeping and administrative experience.
